 Jake has been a patient of Green Oaks North Pet Hospital since October 2009. He is a 9 year old golden retriever that loves coming in to visit. Due to his senior health care he has become quite a regular. Jake is always a welcomed site with his wagging tail and a grin on his face.

HOW IT WORKS

At the end of each month a winner is selected for the next month.  All you have to do is fill out a nominee form.  Both DOGS and CATS are eligible to receive the grand prize of a $25 gift certificate and their name posted on the this website as well as on the marquee.  At the end of the winning month, your pet will receive their display page along with the gift certificate.  Each nominee form will roll over to the next month if not chosen.  Good luck to you and your nominee.
